PATIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- To provide complete & accurate information.
- To follow the prescribed treatment plan & instructions carefully.
- Not to take any medication without the knowledge of doctor.
- To accept the measures taken by the hospital for maintaining privacy & confidentiality of medical records.
- Responsibility for safe cutody of personal belongings & valuables.
- To pay the bill on time.
- To treat hospital staff, other patients & other visitors with respect.
- To help us to keep the hospital surrounding clean & not to damage the hospital property.
- Strict proibition for smoking / usage of tobacco in any form.
- To maintain silence as much as possible.
- To abide by all hospital rules & regulations.
- To co-operate with hospital staff during treatment.
- To meet the treating doctor daily to know about progress of patient.
